NIAC 2000
In 2000, the consortium was awarded a research grant from NASA Institute for Advanced Concepts (NIAC): SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE DEVELOPMENT FOR A SELF-SUSTAINING LUNAR COLONY. The project was run by Orbitec, principal investigator Douglas O'Handley.
